Should we be scared of AI?

An Anthropic researcher quit this week and said the AI labs are racing to build something they can't control. His post hit 100M views. Anthropic's own safety lead agreed and said there's more than a 10% chance of catastrophe this decade. Bernie Sanders is now pushing a bill to ban it. Elon Musk says the whole thing is staged.
