What is POV?

Unlike traditional prediction markets, POV doesn’t try to predict whether something will happen. It measures how people feel right now by letting users put money behind their opinion.

How Markets Work
Every POV market asks a simple YES or NO question. Examples: “Will AI agents replace influencers?”, “Is crypto entering a new supercycle?” Each side of the market has its own token:

- ·NO token
Users buy the side they believe in using ETH on Base.
The Key Difference
Unlike traditional prediction markets like Polymarket, YES and NO shares on POV are completely separate assets. The market reflects where capital is flowing in real time.
- They are:

- ·Not tied to a final resolution
- ·Not redeemable against each other
- That means:
- ·YES can pump independently
- ·NO can pump independently
- ·Both sides trade based on conviction and momentum

Creating a market
Creating a market is as simple as posting on X. Tag @povmarket and ask a YES/NO question. (e.g. @povmarket create a market “Is building a personal brand more valuable than building a product?”) If you have a POV account and meet the eligibility requirements (5,000+ X followers, X Verified, or 0.25 ETH on POV), the bot will reply and create your market automatically.
Bonding Curves & Early Entry
Every YES and NO token trades on its own bonding curve. That means: ·Early buyers get better prices ·As demand increases, prices rise ·Selling pushes prices back down Unlike traditional liquidity pools, markets on POV are designed with continuous on-chain liquidity through the bonding curve itself. There’s no external LP that can be pulled, meaning users can always buy or sell directly against the curve at the current market price.
